“What’s the difference between mentorship support and therapy?”
Mentorship support is about guidance, reflection, and real conversation from someone who’s walked a similar path. It’s non-clinical, goal-oriented, and rooted in lived experience — whether you're navigating life changes, career stress, or just need someone to help you process what’s on your mind.
Therapy, on the other hand, is a clinical service provided by licensed professionals who are trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions. Therapists may use specific treatment methods and often work within a medical or psychological framework.
Mentorship isn’t therapy — and it’s not meant to replace it. But it can be a powerful complement for people seeking emotional clarity, direction, or simply a space to be heard without judgment.

“Is this confidential?”
Yes, your privacy matters. What you share in a Talk It Out Session stays between us. We do not record conversations or share your personal information.
The only exception is if there’s a safety concern—like if someone expresses intent to harm themselves or others. In those rare cases, we may need to report it to ensure everyone’s safety. But otherwise, your session is completely confidential.

“What if I’m in crisis?”
