Hi, I’m Alan — your mentor and sounding board when you need space to think, reflect, and reset, so you can regain focus on what truly matters.

A Bit About My Background

Professionally, I come from a background in program and product management in retail, media to fintech industries where I’ve spent years in a leadership role leading teams, navigating high-pressure environments, and supporting others through burnout, difficult decisions, and communication challenges. My leadership role required emotional intelligence, clarity, and calm — all of which I now bring into these sessions.

For undergraduate school, I studied Marketing at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where I developed a strong foundation in communication, creativity, and human behavior. Later, I completed an Executive Business Leadership program at Yale School of Management, where I deepened my skills in emotional intelligence, resilience, and interpersonal dynamics. Across every setting — creative or corporate — one truth has always stood out to me: people need to feel heard to move forward.

I’m not an app. I’m a mentor. I’m a real human who listens.

I’m not a licensed therapist — just someone who deeply believes in the power of being heard. Sometimes, what we need most isn’t advice or a diagnosis — it’s a calm, judgment-free space to talk things through with a mentor who truly listens.

Over the years, I’ve leaned on friends and family during tough life and career moments. But my biggest breakthroughs often came from honest conversations with people outside my inner circle — people who showed up with presence, not pressure. I also tried going the traditional therapy route, only to end up stuck in long waitlists or navigating insurance systems that left me feeling more frustrated than helped.

That’s why I created Talk It Out Sessions — to offer others the kind of mentorship and space I once needed but couldn’t easily find. Whether you’re overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or just carrying something too heavy to hold alone, I’m here to help you gain clarity on your life and career path.

What I Believe

I’ve always been the person people come to when they need to talk — without judgment, without fixing, just a space to be real. And I believe that sometimes the biggest life and career internal shifts happen in small, honest conversations.

Whether you’re sorting through personal life challenges or navigating a professional crossroads, I offer a calm, grounded space to reflect, reset, and feel lighter.
